In dive team you can learn to hone your acrobatic skills, strength, and flexibility all while enjoying the summer sun. Kids of all ages are welcome to participate. We have practices every weekday and meets once a week.

Dive Team is only available to NHSTC members and members of other Midlakes clubs. If you are a member of NHSTC the cost for dive team is $200 for the first child and $190 for the second child and any additional children in the family. For non-members the cost is $500. When registering as a non-member please email proof of Midlake club membership to emily@nhstc.com.
