-       Front float (no support) – 5-10 sec.

-       Back float (no support) – 10 sec.

-       Prone front glide (no support) – 5 yards

-       Prone back glide (no support) – 5 yards

-       Front glide w/ kick (no support) – 5 yards

-       Back glide w/ kick (no support) – 5 yards

-       Roll front to back & back to front

-       Submerge and retrieve object

-       Backstroke arm action

-       Freestyle (Front Crawl) – 5 yards

-       Backstroke – 5 yards

-       Elementary backstroke (no support) – 5 yards

-       Jump from wall

-       Jump in the deep end
